The heartwarming anthology "Ishq-e-Nadaan" by Avishek Ghosh is set in Mumbai and features three interconnected tales about friendship, chance encounters, and the power of love that transcends generations. Even though it moves at a little slower pace and could have benefited from additional research, Sudeep Nigam's script tells endearing stories.
The first tale is on older adults Charulata (Neena Gupta) and Subhash (Kanwaljit Singh), who by coincidence cross paths and find comfort in one another's companionship. They grow fond of one another and look for a new sense of direction in their life. Although their plot is a well-known cliche, their performances give the characters more nuance.
